Digital products (cut files and printable PDF kits)

• Because your files are generated for you and cannot be “returned”, digital purchases are not refundable once you have downloaded them, except for the defects below.
• Defects: if a file will not open, is missing pieces, or does not cut as the product page describes, email the.turnip.ink@gmail.com within [30] days with your order number. We will fix the file, send a replacement, or refund you.
• Not downloaded yet: if you have not downloaded anything and ask within [14] days, we will refund you in full.
• Duplicate or mistaken purchase: tell us right away and we will make it right.

Physical products (finished pieces)

• Made to order: each piece is cut and assembled after you order. You can cancel for a full refund until we tell you production has started.
• Damaged or defective: email the.turnip.ink@gmail.com with your order number and photos within [14] days of delivery. We will replace the piece or refund you.
• Changed your mind: [OWNER DECISION: e.g. returns accepted within 30 days of delivery in new condition; buyer pays return shipping; refund of the item price on receipt. Or: made-to-order items are final sale.]
• Personalised items (names, dates, custom text) can only be returned if defective.

Shipping

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days. When an order is refunded, any download links for it stop working.

Before you dispute a charge

Please contact us first at the.turnip.ink@gmail.com — we answer quickly and would rather fix the problem. A card dispute suspends your download links until it is resolved.
